Holding our recently born grandson in my arms last week reminded me how fragile life is, and how vulnerable and dependent we all are. He lay peacefully in my arms, oblivious to the world that awaits him.

Lutheran Community Care’s 50th Anniversary Gala Ball has been hailed a great success with 300 people attending and more than $60,000 raised.

Our new Blueprint Ministries team was installed at St Michael’s Lutheran Church, Hahndorf on November 3.

The Professional Standards Department is now planning a schedule of workshops for next year.  Leaders who haven’t completed a workshop in 2017, 2018 or 2019, should plan to attend one in 2020.
