Thank You for Your Child Safety Submissions
A big thank you to all congregations who submitted their Round 2 Child Safety Standards Action Plan or their Child Safety ‘No Children’ Assurance by the March 31 deadline.
Your work in making our church a safe place where children and young people can thrive and grow in their faith is appreciated.
A list of all submissions we have received is now available on the Child Safety Standards pages of the website here. Several congregations not currently listed are working very hard and are close to completing their submissions. If you cannot see your congregation listed and believe it should be, please contact css@lca.org.au so we can assist you. Alternatively, speak with your church council or chair.
We still have some congregations who have not made a submission, and have not communicated with us about their progress to date. For those congregations who are either still working on their Child Safety Standard Action Plans, or are yet to commence the process, please note you are still required to complete your Child Safety Standards Action Plan.
