A group known as the ‘Seenagers’ from Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Aberfoyle Park is proving that it’s not just the young that know how to have fun.

Swords, shields and troop carriers. Sounds a bit like war doesn’t it? With the theme of Women in God’s Armour, the 51st Retreat of the Lutheran Women of the Upper North Zone was held at Camp Willochra at Melrose recently.

If we have learnt anything from the past year it is how fragile our lives on earth really are. We have also learnt much about our humanity, both good and bad. If we are honest that includes ourselves.

Test & Tag – when is your office equipment due to be tested and tagged? This is a requirement for all office environments each year.

The PSD team is well into the swing of 2021, presenting a number of face-to-face workshops since the beginning of the year, with more planned over the course of March and April.

What are you hoping for this year? ‘Hope’ is the theme of our upcoming Synodical Convention in May, carried over from last year’s planned event which could not take place face-to-face due to the pandemic.

While they may come from opposite sides of the world, a wonderful connection has developed between a group of Lutheran ladies from the Adelaide Hills and 25 refugee children from Blair Athol North Primary School, thanks to a remote-teaching project that has blossomed into meaningful friendships.
