New Spiritual Care Coordinator at Lutheran Homes Group
In September, Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) welcomed Olly Ponsonby as the organisation’s new Spiritual Care Coordinator.
The installation service, held in St Peters Chapel at Fullarton, was led by Bishop Andrew Brook and included participation from Lutheran Homes Group’s Pastors and Chaplains, Pastor Geoff Johnston, Pastor Chris Gallasch and Chaplain James Ziersch.
In this role, Olly will lead and support LHG’s Spiritual Care Framework, ensuring residents across all sites have meaningful opportunities to connect with their faith, beliefs, and spirituality.
Ordained in the Uniting Church, Olly brings extensive experience as a Chaplain, particularly within the aged care sector. His work will play an integral role in upholding LHG’s commitment to holistic care by providing compassionate spiritual and pastoral support across their community.
