LLL Mission Outreach Grants supporting communities

8 April 2025

Does your congregation have a project that would benefit from the support of an LLL Mission Outreach Grant?

At LLL, we are actively looking for ways to help advance Gospel-centred mission and ministry in local communities through our Mission Outreach Grant (MOG) program.

Thanks to our missionally-minded investors and borrowers, LLL MOGs have provided over $1 million in funding for over 65 projects since 2010.

We continue to offer $125,000 annually ($25,000 per Church district) and have been honoured to witness many inspiring projects come to fruition.

In the past two years, the congregation at St Michael’s in Hahndorf, SA, upgraded its sermon livestreaming capabilities, three congregations in Canberra installed digital signage, and Wodonga Lutheran Parish hired a Ministry Coordinator with the aid of an LLL MOG.

The most recent MOG awarded will support Western Australia’s Everhope Church to continue its inspiring journey of growth.

Everhope, a church plant of Rockingham Mandurah Lutheran Church, has enjoyed significant growth in its congregation numbers since its public launch in 2022.

LLL CEO Ross Smith was on hand at WA Synod in March to congratulate Everhope’s Pastor Matt Schubert and award a $25,000 Grant that will support the church as it continues to establish itself in the bustling coastal area to the south of Perth.

“We required a larger space to worship in on a Sunday, but the additional hire costs made us nervous,” Pastor Matt said.

“But praise God for the ministry of LLL, this burden has been taken off our shoulders and we can continue to serve the great people of Secret Harbour and surrounds.

“A massive shout out to all supporters who invest or borrow money with LLL for making this possible.”

For more examples of projects we have been able to support through our missional partnership that may provide inspiration, visit the Grants page on our website – LLL Mission Outreach Grants | LLL Australia

So, if your congregation has an idea for a project, we’d love to hear it, with applications in the first instance available from your local LCA District office.
