LCC op shop opens at Valley View
Lutheran Community Care held an official opening for its new op shop at Valley View on Monday, which attracted a crowd of more than 100 people.
Visitors enjoyed browsing through a large selection of good quality items, a free lunch and good coffee, while Life FM Roadies also supported the event.
All proceeds from the op shop go towards helping disadvantaged people in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Lutheran Community Care has also been blessed with some fantastic volunteers at the new shop, many of them from neighbouring Lutheran congregations.
Valley View joins the list of LCC op shops, with others located at Blair Athol, Smithfield, Payneham, Swan Reach and Alice Springs.
The new shop is located on the corner of Pauls Drive-Vale Avenue and is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
